Jerome W. Farley is president and principal at Coast to Coast Demolition Company, Inc., a leading national contractor for demolition, asset recovery and environmental remediation projects.  He is directly responsible for the daily operations of the business, which provides construction and environmental services to the public and private sectors.Under his leadership, Coast to Coast Demolition Company, Inc., has established a record of financial stability, quality and safety that makes Coast to Coast a recognized leader in the industry.

Additionally, Mr. Farley has an extensive background of more than 30 years of experience in industrial and government contracting.

Mr. Farley began his career as General Manager of the Michael Associates, Government Services Division.  He managed the HUD Consolidated Supply Program and HUD CIAP Funding Program providing consulting services to numerous public housing authorities.

Prior to serving at Coast to Coast Demolition, Mr. Farley was vice-president of operations at Resource Recovery Group.  He was accountable for the company’s environmental service division’s strategy and operations and led a successful turnaround of the company, achieving significant growth in services while reducing costs.  Additionally, he instituted and in-depth operations model that improved workers safety, increased productivity and lowered project operating costs.

Mr. Farley holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from Seton Hall University.  Also, he has completed the New York University Program for Marketing Strategy and Temple University Business Law and Management Programs.

Mr. Farley actively supports charities in the New Jersey area, including Catholic Charities, Service for the Poor and is a member of various local civic organizations.

Joseph Caruso is founder and principal of Omnifirst Capital Corporation, a successful private investment firm focused on opportunities in the technology, health care, and entertainment industries. Mr. Caruso is presently the managing partner in nine companies and becomes involved in every aspect of a client’s business including arranging appropriate debt and equity funds, debt restructures, and other consulting and advisory strategies that create solutions. He founded Omnifirst in 1984 following a decade of hands-on financing and growth in the banking industry.

Mr. Caruso has brought all of the various operations and strategic partnerships under the umbrella of The Omnifirst Group. After a career of relationship development and coalition building, The Omnifirst Group is uniquely positioned to consider and effectively lead in business development strategies.

As a respected investment banker and financial consultant, Joseph Caruso has raised capital, structured debt and guided growth through buyouts, acquisitions and spin-offs for a variety of enterprises. He has served on various boards and presently takes active roles as an equity owner and financial growth consultant with the goal of revenue generation various government contracting companies with path to market strategies, healthcare solution focused companies and has co-founded companies with patent pending technologies positioned to have a global business solution impact.

Mr. Caruso is the co-founder/owner of the Trenton Thunder Double-A minor league baseball affiliate of the 27 time World Champion New York Yankees and the Lakewood BlueClaws, a Single-A Affiliate of the Philadelphia Phillies. The Trenton Thunder has been recognized with national acclaim as the leading marketing franchise for 1998, 2003 and was selected as the Nation’s Number One Minor League Company in 2005. The Lakewood BlueClaw organization has been recognized with National Marketing Awards in 2002 and 2005. His banking career began in the real estate lending department of Citizens State Bank and included more than $500 million of regional real estate financing in four years in the 1970′s leading to expanded service as senior loan officer of all corporate lending where he supervised a staff of twenty. During that time as senior lending officer, he engineered and led the expansion of the corporate finance function and diversification of the corporate lending market base, as well as gaining a strong working knowledge of corporate and real estate financing strategies, market evaluation techniques, and real estate law as applied to workouts and foreclosures.

Mr. Caruso left Citizens to serve a two-year term as Vice President of First Federal in the early 1980′s where he used his skills to create a construction lending product line, a loan production facility in Florida and a New Jersey-based mortgage company specializing in residential loans. During his time in banking, Mr. Caruso was responsible for projects such as hotels, timeshare and condominium developments, malls, raw land acquisition and development, marinas, and mixed-use developments to name a few completing successful transactions valued in excess of $1 Billion through 1983. His expertise has been sought by various industry groups such as the New Jersey Banking Association Mortgage Committee and the New Jersey Shore Builders Association, where he served as Board member, consultant, and contributing writer for the association newsletter.

Mr. Caruso is a member of the Board of Trustees for his alma mater, Florida Institute of Technology, where he completed an undergraduate degree in Management Science at the University and also is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Pi Kappa Alpha Foundation raising funds to educate and empower principled leaders. He also earned an MBA with Honors from Monmouth University with a concentration in finance and economics. Additional training at the School of Real Estate Finance at Ohio State University as well as listings in Who’s Who Among Students (1973) and Who’s Who in Finance and Industry attest to his early and ongoing commitment to excellence in finance and management and he has received the Nathan M. Bisk College of Business Alumni of the Year Award.

Mr. Caruso has been a contributing member of the Philadelphia Ballet, the Philadelphia Orchestra, the Philadelphia Art Museum, Special Operations Warrior Foundation, Father Flanagan’s Boys Town, member of Board of Trustees for the Pi Kappa Alpha Foundation and has been inducted into the Order of West Range as a distinguished member of Pi Kappa Alpha. Most recently he has been listed as a Founding Member of the of the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia.

Mr. Caruso is proud to be noted as the co-founder of the 501(c)(3) Grand Slam We Care Foundation which has contributed over Six Million Dollars to local charities primarily for education based initiatives.

     Joseph Consiglio Esq. graduated from Rutgers School of Engineering (B.S. Civil Engineering) in 1983.  He graduated from St. Johns Law School (J.D.) in 1986 and has strong experience in the field of construction/surety. His experience includes all aspects of the construction process from drafting/negotiation contracts to complex construction litigation. He represents private law firm clients in various construction trades who perform both public and private work.​ 

John K. Farley

     John Farley is the Vice President of CTC Demolition Company with over 30 years in the demolition, dismantling, and environmental remediation industry.  He has strong background in engineering, estimating, project design, hazard assessment, and safety regulations and concerns related to the industry.  Other assets include certifications involving equipment safety and operations, project hazards, fall protection, fire safety, first aid, shoring and trench safety, as well as, personal protection for workers, managers, and owners.  He has completed large and complicated commercial and industrial projects throughout the country in a safe and timely manner.

Gregory J. Caruso 

     Gregory Caruso is project manager and part of the business development team for CTC Demolition Company with an extensive background in facilities management, including nuclear training lab, science lab, materials lab, and quality assurance.  Greg is OSHA certified and has an MBA in project management.
